The DLV4500 Constant Tension is a multi-use winch for geotechnical, survey work, or other systems requiring data and power transmission as a single lift constant tension solution.

The DLV4500 can handle equipment such as an N3k system as a single lift, power, and data solution using 17.3mm coax, or a 6m vibrocoring system with a multi-way rated cable.

DLV4500 is a versatile winch that is fully independent, only requiring a power supply, making it easily movable to different vessels or platforms. It also has sacrificial weld plates to avoid damage to the frame when securing it to the deck.

There is an all electric version and hydraulic version depending on your preference.
It has a constant tension range of 200kg - 2000kg at 60 m/min, a speed of 1m/s, and a lift capacity of up to 4500kg at 0.5m/s for deployment and recovery.
